Guarantee

I guarantee every tuber to be true to variety and arrive with at least one visible eye. All tubers sold have by grown by myself in our garden.

Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and contact me at lcfloralco@gmail.com within one week with any questions or concerns. Please be prepared to provide photos of any issues that are presented.

Dahlia tubers should be stored in a medium of your choice that will not allow the tuber to dry out and they should be placed in a cool place until they are ready to plant. Dahlias tubers are live plants and require special care to grow and thrive. We will not be held responsible for the care once your order arrives in the mail. Please understand we cannot be responsible for damages due to pests, weather, poor growing conditions, negligence, plant performance, etc.

Sales

All sales are final and orders can not be modified or canceled after payment has been accepted. Please understand that many popular varieties may sell out fast as I am a small grower with limited stock. Items placed in your cart does not mean that they are reserved and all sales are on a first come first serve basis. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been completed. If there are any unforeseen circumstances where a variety becomes unavailable, we will provide notification and issue a refund.

Shipping

Shipping is within the United States only. All orders will be shipped through USPS priority mail. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please unpack your tubers immediately upon arrival. We are not able to accommodate local pick up at this time.

Shipping rates are based on how many tubers purchased and rates are outlined below:

1 - 4 Tubers: $12

5 - 15 Tubers: $17

16 + Tubers: $23

We will do our best to combine shipping and refund additional shipping costs, minus $2 handling fee for each order up until April 1, 2024.

Sanitation Practices

All tools are disinfected between plants when cutting flowers and dividing tubers to help minimize the potential risk of spreading viral and bacterial diseases. The plants are consistently monitored throughout the season and preventative measures are taken by actively removing any plants that look unhealthy.

Unfortunately viruses are a common thing in the dahlia world, and we do our best to keep our plants healthy and virus free. We practice strict sanitation practices and active cull any plants that look diseased. However, we do not test every plant for viruses and cannot guarantee for 100% certainty that there is no dormant virus within tubers. Buyers buy at their own risk understanding this information. We do not guarantee a refund for plants showing symptoms of viruses as there are many outside factors that can contribute to viruses.

Limits Per Household

There will be limits placed on some of the more popular varieties to give everyone a fair and equal chance of growing them. A refund will be issued for any orders that goes over the limited amount.
